CERAMICS

Each Goddess Molding ceramic piece is formed by hand — shaped in stillness, glazed in ritual, and born through fire. No two pieces are ever exactly alike. Everything is made in small, intentional batches, and because of this, natural variations in color, texture, glaze movement, and form are to be expected — and cherished.

These variations may include slight shifts in hue, glaze drips, freckles, pinholes, or minor asymmetries. They are not considered defects, but rather the fingerprint of the handmade process — a mark of the maker and the material speaking to each other.

All ceramic pieces are made with non-toxic materials and are food safe unless otherwise noted. Mugs, bowls, and plates are dishwasher safe, but we always recommend hand washing to prolong the life of your piece.

Please note: stoneware is a semi-porous material. It may "sweat" when holding cold liquids, and condensation can sometimes leave marks on surfaces. Goddess Molding is not responsible for any surface staining or watermarking caused by your vessel.

Made-to-order pieces require 2–3 weeks for creation and fulfillment. However, due to the tender and particular nature of the process, timelines may shift slightly. Each item is given the time it needs to become what it is meant to be.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please purchase with intention.


CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES, GUIDES & PRODUCTS

All sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or refunds on clothing, accessories, guides, serums, or herbals. Please be sure to double-check sizing, color, and product selections before placing your order.


If you've made a mistake in your order, reach out to us immediately at goddessmolding@gmail.com — and if the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the change.


Due to the intimate and personal nature of these items — and the scale at which we operate — all purchases are made with the understanding that exchanges and cancellations are not guaranteed. Please purchase with clarity and care.




SHIPPING 

  1. International Customers: All taxes, duties, and import fees are the full responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in your shipping total and may be requested upon arrival by your local customs office. Please be prepared — we are not liable for these additional costs.

  2. Domestic Shipping (USA): All orders are shipped via USPS.
    International Orders: We use USPS International whenever available.

  3. Processing Time: Orders marked ready to ship are processed within 3–7 business days. During holidays and high-volume periods, please allow 1–2 weeks for processing.

  4. Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Within North America: 2–7 business days from the date of shipment.

    • International: Typically 2–18 business days depending on your location.

  5. If you're ordering from a region outside our regular shipping zones and would like a more accurate estimate, feel free to email us — we’re happy to provide a tailored quote.

  6. Please note that customs delays are outside of our control. We cannot guarantee shipping timelines once your order has left our studio.

  7. Tracking details will be provided with every shipment. Once your parcel is in transit, the buyer assumes full responsibility. Goddess Molding is not liable for any delays, lost or stolen packages, customs hold-ups, or additional shipping charges incurred after the parcel has left our premises.

If a package is returned to us for any reason, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

  1. The terms outlined here apply to all visitors and customers of Goddess Molding — referred to in this agreement as “we,” “us,” or “our.”

  2. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product, agreeing to be bound by the conditions below. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  3. Once your payment is processed, we will send you a confirmation email acknowledging your order. Only then is your purchase considered accepted.

  4. All prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD).

  5. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstance. Please purchase with intention.

  6. If your order arrives with a significant defect or issue, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at goddessmolding@gmail.com with clear photos. We will review and respond with care and fairness.
