The item I want is sold out — will it be restocked?

Restocks are not guaranteed. Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or produced in limited quantities. However, you're welcome to email us at info@kamillabello.studio to inquire about future pre-orders. For collection launches, sample sales, and early access, we recommend joining our mailing list. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and add your email to stay in the loop.

Are your ceramics food safe?

Yes. All functional ceramics — mugs, bowls, plates, and cups — are food safe and suitable for hot and cold beverages. The only exception is our pieces glazed in Mother of Pearl luster, which are decorative and not intended for food use.

Do you offer warranties?

At this time, we do not offer warranties on any items.

Do you offer wholesale?

We’re currently accepting a limited number of intentional wholesale collaborations. If you feel aligned with the essence of our work and would like to carry Kamilla Bello Studio, email us at info@kamillabello.studio with your proposal.

Are all sales final?

Yes. All orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. Please purchase mindfully.

Can I modify my order after it’s placed?

If you contact us immediately at info@kamillabello.studio, we may be able to accommodate changes before the order ships. Once it's been packed and sent out, the order is considered final.

I received a broken or cracked item — what should I do?

We pack each piece with deep care and intention. However, damage during transit can occasionally occur. Kamilla Bello Studio is not liable for broken, lost, or stolen items during shipping.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days. Pre-orders will ship around the estimated date listed on the product page.During busy seasons like holidays, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Thank you for your patience and understanding — each piece is touched by hand and heart <3

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes. All orders are carefully packed using recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable materials — including paper tape, paper fill, and cardboard. We encourage you to reuse or compost packaging where possible.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. If it’s been more than 8 business days and you haven’t received an update, please email us at info@kamillabello.studio.

Will I be charged duties or taxes for international orders?

Possibly. International customers may be required to pay additional duties/taxes by their local customs office. Kamilla Bello Studio is not responsible for these charges. If duties go unpaid and the item is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for new shipping costs to have the item resent.
